Regulation, noun, derived from latin: regularis
A rule, ordinance, or law by which conduct or control is governed or adjusted to a particular standard, rate, degree, amount, etc., or by which conduct or control is made uniform, methodical and/or orderly etc.
According to the best of our knowledge, it is safe to assume that each country worldwide has a designated government department or appointed office charged with the administration of rules and regulations governing all aspects of marketing and operating radio frequency devices.
